By accessing or using Flow ("Service"), operated at myflow.bot and app.myflow.bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flow is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps users manage contacts, track leads, log time, and organize business activities. The Service includes AI-powered features to automate data entry and provide insights.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Your Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

5.2 License

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Data. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Data.

6. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them
  • AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy
  • You should not rely solely on AI for critical business decisions

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly, Claude, ChatGPT). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension

9. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. We may modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
  • Non-payment of fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
